ESITO : Supervisory Programme

ESITO (Electrical Supply Industry Training Organisation) developed the Supervisory Programme - first line management qualification designed specifically for supervisors in the electricity supply industry. ESITO approached Learning Works to review the supervisory programme training folders. They required the resources to be:

• Aligned with ESITO brand
• Colourful, including illustrations and diagrams
• Clear, with key points, activities and discussion topics
